PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Roof Modification and Foundations. Demo and haul concrete foundations, pony wall, drop ceiling, form, and foundations per drawings, elevate roof, install new LED lighting, reframe new door, Paint walls, epoxy floors, build temporary drywall to separate current operations in the area from construction.  Dust mitigation.  10 – 12 weeks to complete.
